HOW TO USE: Use sparingly on eyelid close to lashes and just under lower lashes. Can be blended with eye shadow to create more depth by using a Q-tip or a foam applicator.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to only roll the liner in one direction. Roll up a small amount at a time as liner cannot be rolled back down. Waterproof liners cannot be sharpened with sharpener.
