We can ship anywhere...

Within Canada... there is no shipping charge on orders over $75 (excluding applicable taxes). For orders under $75, we will advise the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order.

Within the continental United States... there is no shipping charge on orders over $75 (excluding applicable taxes). For orders under $75, we will advise the shipping cost prior to finalizing your order. All orders are subject to a $6.00 Custom's Clearance Fee payable to the U.S. government and your social insurance number is required. All applicable duties, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

Outside of Canada and the continental United States... all shipping costs, applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will endeavor to provide you with an approximate cost for shipping prior to finalizing your order.

Normal shipping time is between 5 to 10 business days within Canada and the continental United States.

Caryl Baker Visage Beauty Club members are entitled to year-round discounts, special offers and benefits, and Beauty News mailings. For membership details, click Beauty Clubs in the left-side navigation menu. Click Join Beauty Club in the right-side catalog contents list.

HOW TO ORDER ON-LINE

To order on-line,
1. choose a product category,
2. find the item desired,
3. enter the quantity required, and
4. click on the ORDER button. That will automatically add the item to your Order.

The Order Form displays the current contents of your 'shopping cart' and includes a running total. The on-screen display also allows you to change item quantities, or to delete individual items from your order.

To return to the last item ordered, click on your browser's Back button. Clicking on any product name on the Order Form, or clicking the Back to Catalog button at the bottom of that page, returns you to the catalog's introductory screen.

When your 'shopping cart' is filled to your satisfaction, click the Process Order button. You will be asked for further information needed to complete your purchase. Click the Next Step button to confirm the details of your Order. On the confirmation screen, click the Next Step button to electronically transmit the complete Order. A Thank You message will appear to confirm that your Order has been submitted.

We will contact you personally to confirm your Order amount and method of payment, including shipping and handling charges.

You will not need to give us your credit card number using the Internet.

To receive Beauty Club discounts and take advantage of special offers, Beauty Club members must provide membership number, expiry date, and where membership was purchased.

LOCATE A DISCONTINUED PRODUCT!

Caryl Baker understands that the loss of a beloved shade of lipstick or blush can be frustrating. Therefore for our loyal clients, we want to offer you the opportunity to search for the product. To initiate a search, simply contact us at info@carylbakervisage.com or telephone our head office at 416-789-7191 ext. 28 and we will first determine whether we have the product in our warehouse, if not, we will contact all of our locations to find out if anyone still has the product in stock. If we find it, we will then contact you and find out the most convenient salon location for you to pick it up and we will send it to that location. If you do not live close to a salon, we will happily ship it to you. (shipping costs to be arranged and confirmed with you prior to product payment and will then be added to your cost).

COLOR ACCURACY ON THE WEB

The Internet medium and the characteristics of individual users' computer systems can limit accuracy and fidelity in the presentation of colors. Thus, there can be some difference between the on-screen and actual appearance of some of our products.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases made at any Caryl Baker Visage salon can be returned only to any Caryl Baker Visage salon location. Salon purchases cannot be returned through the on-line catalog procedure.
