The independent owners/operators of our salon are interested in candidates who have a positive attitude, a high-energy personality, a strong work ethic, work well in a busy environment and can work variable shift work.

Caryl Baker Visage salons pride themselves on a high-quality, professional cosmetic and skin care line as well as excellent customer service. As an employee of Caryl Baker Visage salon franchise, you will be performing skin analyses, professional makeup applications, facial waxing, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, earpiercing and complimentary beauty consultations. (Please click here for a list of products and services) Successful candidates will be sponsored by their salon owner and enrolled in the Caryl Baker Visage Education Program, which will include the following:

• Paid Training
• 20 days at our corporate office for our theory component (Please click here to download and review our Training Program Outline)
• An 840-hour Apprenticeship Program in a Caryl Baker Visage Salon

A grade of 70% or higher must be obtained on your theory component to graduate and continue on with your practical 840 hour in-salon apprenticeship program. Following the completion of the apprenticeship program, candidates will be fully-certified.

Note: Enrolled candidates will be paid an hourly wage by their salon owners throughout the education program.
